As a Black woman who navigated the tech world for 10+ years, I know firsthand the unique challenges and triumphs we face. I've experienced the sting of imposter syndrome, the struggle to find mentors who looked like me, and the frustration of being underestimated.

But I also witnessed the incredible power of coding to transform lives. I saw how it opened doors to new careers, financial independence, and creative expression. And I knew that if I could do it, so could countless other Black women.

That's why I created Code It, Sis. – a space where we celebrate our brilliance, break down barriers, and lift each other up. A place where Black women can learn to code in a supportive, empowering environment, and build the futures they deserve.
