Refund Policy for Code It, Sis

At Code It, Sis, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and ensuring our students are satisfied with their learning experience. However, due to the nature of our digital products and services, we have implemented the following refund policy:

Refund Policy:

  1. No Refunds After Access:

    • Once access to the course materials, e-books, community forums, or any other digital content has been granted, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in place to protect the value of our content and to prevent misuse.

  2. Eligibility for Refund:

    • If you have not yet accessed any of the course materials or digital content, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date. Please note that this request must be made in writing via email to hello@codeitsis.com.

  3. Course Material Access:

    • Access to course materials is monitored, and our system records when content is viewed. If our records show that you have accessed any of the materials, your refund request will be denied.

  4. Technical Issues:

    • If you experience any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  5. Cancellation of Subscription:

    • If you have a subscription-based service with Code It, Sis, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Please note that no refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period.
